The artwork, sound, gameplay systems, written content, and code that make up Ocean Rush are original works protected under applicable intellectual property law. No artifact, scroll, or visual element acquired in the Game has any real-world monetary value.

Ocean Rush contains no real-money mechanics whatsoever — no gambling, no wagering, no prize draws, no loot boxes tied to real value. A high score is just bragging rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Ocean Rush development team bears no responsibility for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game — including loss of progress, data, or device performance.
